These accommodation upgrades (with the exception of parking) are limited. Requests for a single room or private bath are approved separately from your reservation. You are not guaranteed to receive these upgrades. Additional charges will only be added to your balance if your request is approved. Additional charges are on a per week basis. Parking passes apply to vehicles. If two people are sharing a vehicle, only one person needs to select a parking pass

What is this "Security Passphrase"?

The Security Passphrase, in conjunction with a reservation number, allows you to check the status of your reservation and make payments towards your balance.

You will receive a reservation number after submitting your application. If you forget your passphrase, you will need to call Group Sales to verify your identity and have it reset.

How much / when am I charged?

If group programs agents approve your reservation, your card will be charged the deposit of $100 per person per week. You will then be required to return and make additional payments towards your remaining balance later on.

If you are placed on a waiting list, your card will not be charged. If room becomes available, we will reach out to you to confirm if you would like continue. If you choose to move forward with registration your card will be charged the deposit of $100 per person per week.

You may also see a temporary $1 charge after submitting your reservation. This is done by our payment processor to verify your card. The charge will be refunded.
